This will take place in the Church Hall at 12.30pm. It is a very informal event for the parents and family or friends of the Music Together Training Groups to show what they have learned since they began. The tutors will give more details on who is taking part and what they will be doing.
It is also the time when parents let us know if their child wishes to return to continue their membership of the orchestra when we resume in September after the summer holidays Any queries about the scheme going forward should be discussed with Diane Walton, our Recruitment Officer. (E/mail address diane.walto@o2.co.uk. ) Phone number on reverse of this newsletter.
Saturday 16th July

Have a great summer and we look forward to seeing you all again in September

INSTRUMENT LOAN SCHEME:
Anyone wishing to borrow any of our instruments should contact Helen. This is a free loan service to all members of the orchestra (subject to availability). All you have to pay for is the annual servicing to cover wear and tear. However, in view of the popularity of the scheme, availability can change from week to week and so it is becoming difficult to maintain a precise list of instruments. Please contact Helen to find out the current position.
Anyone who has a CYO string instrument will have received a letter from Wanda regarding servicing of the instrument, as per the agreement letter. Please make sure you hand in the instrument to Wanda after the concert on 16th July.
